Prague day 2

Praha-visiitin toisena aamuna lähdimme suunnistamaan kohti rautatieasemaa, ostaaksemme junaliput Martiniin. Matkalla näytti tältä:

//On day 2 in Prague, in the morning we went to look for the railway station to buy the tickets to Martin. This is what it looked like on the way:

Kansallismuseo // The national museum

Tässä välissä seikkailimme rautatieasemalla, jonka yläkerta oli täysin remontissa, joka hankaloitti lipputoimiston löytämistä. Lopulta kuitenkin onnistuimme pääsemään alakertaan, joka oli kuin toinen maailma. Liput ostettuamme suuntasimme takaisin keskustaan tutustumaan ympäristöön.

//In this while we adventured at the railway station. The upstairs was under renovation which made it difficult to find the ticket office. Eventually we managed to find our way to downstairs which was like an another world. After we bought our tickets we headed back to th center to explore the surroundings.

Tämän kaupunkikierroksen jälkeen suuntasimme takaisin hotellille lepäämään, ja jokusen hetken levättyämme suuntasimme katsomaan Tanssivaa taloa, joka sijaitsi aivan hotellimme lähellä. Samalla reissulla nappasimme mukaan take-awayt Lemon Leaf-ravintolasta.

//After this walk we headed back to the hotel to rest, and after a few moments we went to see the Dancing house which was located close to our hotel. On the same trip we took some take-aways from the Lemon Leaf restaurant.

Illan ohjelmana oli paikallinen black light theater, johon kävimme aiemmin ostamassa liput. Kyseisessä teatterissa liput maksoivat opiskelijalle 14 euroa, mikä oli varsin kohtuullinen hinta. Esitys kesti n. 1h20min ja se oli todella viihdyttävä ja erilainen kokemus. Esityksen kuvaaminen oli kielletty, mutta lopussa näyttelijät näyttivät, miten kyseinen show luodaan.

//The program for the night was the local black light theater. We went to buy the tickets for the show earlier in the day. In this theater the tickets cost 14 euros for a student which was a rather cheap price. The show was about 1h20min long and it was very entertaining and a different kind of experience. Taking pictures was not allowed but after the show the actors showed us how this kind of show is created.

Esityksen jälkeen kävelimme vielä hieman keskusta-alueella ja onnistuimme osumaan paikalle ilotulituksen aikaan. Hääpari oli juhlimassa vieraidensa kanssa. Praha näytti myös ilta-aikaan varsin hienolta.

//After the show we went for a small walk to the center area and we were lucky to see some fireworks. There was a wedding couple celebrating with their guests. Prague looked wonderful in the night time too.
